In this 2-hour workshop, Louise teaches the content that has launched hundreds of creative projects: how to begin.

You'll learn how to locate the living center of your project, how to move through the paralysis that stops writers before they start, and how to access the material your story is made of — not just what you think it should be, but what it actually is.

The workshop includes Louise's signature drop-down experience — a guided somatic and imaginal exercise that takes you beneath the surface of your thinking and into the deeper creative material that wants to come through.

You'll leave with something real: clarity on your project, movement on the page, and a method you can use again and again.
